it is unfortunate that the owner has not or will not accept the timeshare people who paid a small fortune for the units over the past many years.. the 2 small buildings on each side of the pool, from the steps to the beach were owned by timeshare people…. Nacho has not returned any e-mails to people all over canada and the u.s. these owners have had to book flights and this man has not the decency to return messages.last year over half the units owned by t.s.people were occupied by allinclusive. glad my time was up and I even asked the timeshare manager Manuel to look into renting me an apartment for a few months this coming winter and I think Nacho has told him not to reply to any timeshare people… even friends who were on a cruise went to pay their maintenance fees and they would not accept them or give them a reservation for the coming year(better yet, would not give them a confirmation) It used to be a great place as my family spent over 20 years there and as the saying goes "thank god we are out of there" and now look forward to our new place next year without having someone check your wrist-band making sure that you are owners or all-inclusive. At one point it was a great 5 star hotel… now it just caters to all-inclusive and drinks are watered down. beer is crap and the same old chicken, fish, pork all the time and what is not eaten at night, lands on your breakfast plate the next morning…
