Is there technology that Donald Trump will be able to build wall around Cuba?

Donald say that he likes Putin so will Putin be able to help Cuba? Will Canadian airplanes be able to fly over the wall?

Considering all the groups he has alienated, it seems mathematically improbable. However, never say never in American politics. Presidents don’t have as much power as you might expect. Actually, a Canadian Prime Minister with a majority is closer to a dictator in terms of what legislation can be forced into law…..

Cuba has managed to survive many challenges since the revolution. I think it can survive Trump.

On the first night he spends in the White House, he is visited by the ghost of George Washington.
