In my years of traveling to different countries for different business purposes, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and enjoyed it to the full. Santo Domingo is a wonderful city and I realized that in just a short while because I was on a short business trip that I didn’t want to end because of how much I enjoyed this hotel and their services. They offer a 24 hours customer service and the rooms and very big and spacious. The kitchens are quite large and the best place to stay especially if you are traveling with your family. The housekeeping is 100% functional and the management is 100% functional as well because they made sure the staff was in place and available at all times to attend to the needs of the guests present at the hotel at that time. Here is a room tip for those planning on staying here, if you are looking for larger rooms, you should go for the ones that are close or facing the roadside rather than the backside. The hotel is where you go to if you want 5 start service, it is luxurious and offers everything you will need just that you will have to pay for it but the price is worth what you get out of the hotel. The location is just perfect; it is central and close to town, nice set of staff, nice hotel management, nice rooms and nice restaurants. I highly recommend it to you.
