The location of this place is great because it is close to the beach and also close to other restaurants and bars. The price tag here is very reasonable for the locations so it’s a sweet deal but the place is only great for short stays. The rooms at this hotel are basic, nothing out of the ordinary and clean. The place is lovely but I think they can do better when it comes to sanitation of the hotel grounds because in my opinion, the rooms where great. The apartments here have big terraces so I can give it a 3 star at best. The grounds are beautiful with even better layouts than I have seen in some other hotels. The beds in the room needs to changed I don’t know why it made so much noise when trying to sleep or at any slight change in body position so it was a bit annoying. The kitchens are not even well equipped so the few days I stayed here, I ate out so I didn’t need to bother myself cooking. You need to know that the restaurants in Las Terranas are quite expensive but I didn’t have any choice since I was staying just for 3 days. The customer service here was a bit deficient as you will hardly find a staff at the reception to talk to or complain to and sometimes the attitude displayed was very poor but all in all, if you don’t mind, it’s a good place but I may not come back to it.
