It used to be in the FAQ section. I try to update this info regularly. Can’t find it anymore. |

Yup looks like my thread disappeared somewhere into cyberspace when all the modifications were being done or else the new editors/owners of Debbie’s didn’t deem the info to be valuable enough to keep. |
