Considering that I stayed in this hotel for two weeks, I think I have the earned the right to write an honest and complete review about my experience here. I had an awesome holiday in this hotel and wouldn’t exchange my time here for another event anywhere else in the world. It was home away from home for me and they made sure to make me feel at home at the same time. The front desk guy Juan and his other members made sure I had everything I wanted and were very polite and answer your questions with smiles that it makes you very comfortable asking them whatever you want. Customer service team here are way polite than any other team I have met in all my travels to different parts of the world. The staff and managers interests are genuinely sincere when it comes to making sure the guests are comfortable throughout their stay and I can testify to that. I visited here in April 2014 and will definitely be back here again and most likely; I wouldn’t be coming a lone next time. The rooms are pretty amazing with good view, it is clean and large enough with hot water supply. The restaurants and their staff are great with amazing and tasty food with great service. Don’t miss out on the classic and standard DR breakfast buffet which is always nice, the gym was well equipped and the location of this hotel is perfect. It’s quiet and yet close to the main city.
