This is a small resort compared to most I have seen but that doesn’t mean that the quality is any less. It was like a vacation in paradise for me and I must say it is definitely one of the best I have stayed in with three floors and about 47 suites; I kind of didn’t like the fact that there was no elevator here. I would say the trip was absolutely worth it and I stayed here for 6 days on vacation so I needed somewhere to chill out and this hotel gave me just that. The staff here was all patient and friendly and always calm might I add. The restaurant staff was all amazing, friendly and served very delicious meal especially at restaurant El Cano. The staff makes you feel at home and there was this particular bar tender called Newton, he was so kind that I had to tip him every time I visited the bar; he just makes you feel at home. You will never get bored here because there are always activities to entertain you with which the hotel provides and also night shows to keep you lively. When I arrived, the front desk staff which is named Melanie was very welcoming and smiled throughout our conversation. I visited in March 2014 and had a great time here. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, it is absolutely amazing and you will get the best treatment here. Thumbs up!! For making me have a nice vacation at your hotel.
