This is one of the classiest hotels I have been to since my travel to the Dominical Republican, I have been to DR three times including this visit and this time, I got the best hotel. It is an all inclusive resort that has the best customer service I have seen since visiting this country. The hotel is beautifully decorated and I think it has just 24 rooms but they are all perfect. The hotel has a white beach with warm waters where I usually go to relax and also get some sunlight. Even though this hotel is not big compared to some hotels I have been to in the past, the activities it offers to its guests just makes it extraordinary. The staff here was willing to help out in whatever thing you ask them for, there were very warm and polite. Check in for me during arrival wasn’t slow, it was just standard and after that I was shown to my room which was so beautiful, large and very clean. Everything inside was working because I immediately checked the air condition and hot water supply and all was working perfectly. The place is not even overpriced, the restaurants and bars here are all great and the queue is never much. The location is great because there are shops in the surrounding area where you can go get things if you want. I really had an amazing time here I wish to come back here again soon.
