Let me say that I hate when I go on vacation and then the hotel runs out of water or has problem with hot water. I would rather stay in a mud house than stay in a hotel where I pay good money and not have hot water. The thing is that the hotel is a great place to spend your vacation; I guess I wasn’t lucky enough to have hot water during my stay here. Let me just talk about the good side of the hotel and it starts with the smiles on the faces of the staff working here, they were always cheerful and friendly making you comfortable at all times. The rooms were great and large, very clean as housekeeping took their job very seriously here with smiles to go with it. The location of this hotel is okay as I didn’t find it difficult to locate. I had a room that overlooked the ocean and the air condition was working fine. I met some really nice people here, guests and staff alike. I loved everything else here but hot water running in the shower is an important feature I look for in a hotel and I hope that when next time visit, they would have it sought out already. I stayed here for 3 days, I was supposed to stay for more but couldn’t handle the fact that there was no hot water and so I left to another hotel but all in all, it is a good hotel generally.
