Besides the hotels, airports and resorts, ETECSA provides access through it’s 2CUC cards to WiFi HotSpots all over Cuba and the locations are expanding. You can also add Parque Cespedes in front of the Grand Hotel in Trinidad. It’s the fastest WiFi I’ve ever found in Cuba.Cheers,

Thanks for the list. I just read an article that I believe was dated January 2016 describing a proposed project to establish WiFi at the University of Habana that would also extend to the perimeter of the campus. I’m going back to Cuba in April to take a class at the university and to do sociological research, and I will post here when/if the hotspot is established

The University is surrounded by several hotspots. They never worked very well for me, probably because of all the students, haha.Instead I walk the few blocks to the Habana Libre and log-on there… its WiFi is pretty decent.Cheers,
